kind staffslow serviceforgotten order
the staff were very kind and accommodating to our needs. i guess i was happy with the facilities.
The service was really slow (perhaps they were understaffed?). i had to call twice to get my luggage to my room. It took them over half an hour. the next morning i ordered coffee in my room, i did not receive it for half an hour. when i called to check, the person had no idea about the order, the original person had forgotten it!
